These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Alexander Turner (doing business as Jammy) ("Jammy," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of the Jammy mobile app, the jammy.to website, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Jammy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jammy. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Jammy lets you create content — reviews, ratings, lists, comments, a profile, and other contributions ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Services.
Jammy is a social product: content you post publicly (such as reviews, lists, and your profile) may be visible to other users. You are responsible for Your Content, and you represent that you have the rights necessary to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these Terms.
You can stop using Jammy and delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings). For details on how we handle your information — including our account deletion and data retention practices — see our Privacy Policy.
Jammy displays music metadata, artwork, and related information sourced from third parties. That content belongs to its respective owners, and Jammy does not claim ownership of it. The Services also rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, storage, and analytics vendors) to function. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Services or to other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you granted before deletion, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content (including music metadata) will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jammy and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, except where prohibited by applicable law.
If you download Jammy from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
